HOW TO ENABLE PERMISSION ON ANDROID

Open device "Settings"

Go to APPS

Scroll down to desired APP and TAP IT

Go to "OTHER PERMISSIONS" or "ADVANCED PERMS" and tick "DRAW OVER" or "DISPLAY POP-UP WINDOW"
