4- Remove the .XX from the Obb com.rockstargames.gtalcs.XX -> com.rockstargames.gtalcs
5- Download mod and install it

2. Uninstall sniper vs thieves
3. Install Mod.
4. Extract obb to /sdcard/android/obb.
5. play.
